Nick has been working on environmental projects in British Columbia since 1993. He has successfully delivered environmental approvals on a variety of residential, commercial and industrial development projects throughout the Lower Mainland. He is an expert at evaluating environmental liability associated with corporate mergers and real estate transactions. His technical expertise includes Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Investigations, site remediation during property development, underground storage tank remediation, hydrogeological studies and vapour mitigation design for commercial and residential buildings.

Sara is an environmental scientist with 15 years experience in contaminated sites investigation and remediation. She has worked on a range of residential, commercial and industrial sites in the Lower Mainland as both a field technician and project manager. Her expertise includes: Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments, construction monitoring and technical report preparation in support of Ministry approvals and development releases.
Matti Witte, M.Sc. matti@geostratus.ca
Matti has a diverse background in geosciences, with experience in geology, geochemistry, and environmental sciences. Since joining Geostratus in June 2019, he has contributed to and managed Preliminary & Detailed Site Investigations, as well as Site Remediation Strategies. His role integrates hands-on fieldwork activities with office-based responsibilities to ensure the successful delivery of comprehensive project outcomes.

Robert has over 20 years of environmental consulting experience and has conducted over 2000 Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) throughout British Columbia. He has conducted Phase 1 ESAs on a wide range of properties, including service stations, dry cleaners, industrial, commercial and residential buildings, and development sites. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Geography from the University of British Columbia.
